Keeping it enjoyable
Play for entertainment
A draw is a form of entertainment with a cost, like a cinema ticket. It is not a way to earn money, to recover losses or to solve a financial problem.
If playing stops being enjoyable, that is a good reason to stop.
Set your limits first
Decide how much you are comfortable spending before you play — per draw and per month — and keep to it. Never play with money you need for something else.
Buying more tickets after a loss does not improve the next result. Every draw is independent of the last.
Understand the odds
In a number lottery most entries do not win a prize, and the top prize is very unlikely for any single line. In a prize draw your chance is the number of tickets you hold divided by the tickets in the draw.
No choice of numbers, system or timing changes those odds. Each product page states its format and, for prize draws, how many tickets exist.
Age and eligibility
Draws are for adults. The minimum age, and who may take part, are set by the law of each jurisdiction and checked by the licensed operator.
Support
If you are worried about your own play or someone else’s, talk to someone you trust and contact a support service recognised where you live.
Account controls
Player-protection tools
These tools are capabilities of a licensed operation: each jurisdiction decides which are offered and how they behave. The list below states what is available here today. Nothing is shown as a working control unless it exists.
