How it works

In a number lottery you pick a set of numbers from the game’s range — or use Quick Pick to have a line filled in for you. One set of numbers is a line, and one ticket can hold several lines.

The price is shown before you confirm. Your receipt lists every line exactly as it was accepted; the receipt is the record of what you played.

A prize draw has a fixed number of tickets and one or more prizes. You choose how many tickets you want, up to the limit for each player. Every ticket has its own number and an equal chance.

The prize page shows how many tickets exist, how many are left, every prize on offer and when the draw takes place.

Each prize draw states how its ticket numbers are given out. In some, numbers are allocated to you automatically. In others you can choose your own numbers from those still available.

A ticket number belongs to one ticket only. The numbers you hold are printed on your receipt and listed under My tickets.

Every draw has a published closing time. After it, no entry can be added, changed or removed.

Entries are committed before the draw closes. The complete entry set is locked and published in a form that does not reveal anyone’s numbers, and that would expose any later change.

The draw takes place at the scheduled time and can be followed live. Some draws are presented by the platform itself, some with a live video feed, some with both.

The official result always comes from the draw system, not from the video. If a video feed is late or fails, the draw and its result are not affected.

Results are published as soon as the draw is complete: winning numbers and prize tiers for a lottery, winning ticket numbers — and reserve tickets — for a prize draw. Winners of prize draws are published by ticket number only.

Your own tickets show their result too, with the matched numbers or the drawn ticket marked.

The result can then be independently verified against the published draw record: what was fixed before the draw, when sales closed, which public randomness was used, and the result that was signed before it was shown.

Separately, each of your tickets carries a proof that it was part of the locked entry set. That proof shows your entry was in the draw. It has no part in choosing the winner.
